Healthtrax, in partnership with Mercy Medical Center, provides
the West Springfield area with a state-of-the-art facility blending
fitness and wellness services.
Healthtrax is the area’s premier fitness center, complete
with Xpress Training (our trainer-assisted 20-minute workouts);
an aquatics center with lap pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam
room; group exercise classes including Group Power, Pilates
