DO YOU THINK YOU ARE AT THE TOP OF YOUR GAME?
THINK AGAIN.
This camp has been developed for the players who
want to go to the top! It is for the Tier I, Junior and Varsity players
only. To attend this camp you must be approved.
A letter from your current coach will be required as well as a short
personal note from the player stating why they should be training
with some of the best players on the East Coast.
THIS CAMP WILL PUT YOUR SKILLS AND DETERMINATION TO THE TEST!
This camp is a full 4.5 hrs. of on-ice
and 3 hrs. off-ice per day. There will
be little downtime for the player enrolled in this camp.
Each day will emphasize a specific aspect of the game within a unique
and highly competitive environment.
Each and every day will start with an intense on-ice cardio workout
then progress to the program curriculum.
The off-ice aspects of this program will emphasize speed, stamina,
agility and core strength. Workouts will borrow from the past and
include "Old School" calisthenics programs as well as the
new innovative resistance and over speed techniques made so popular
by so many NHL and Division-1 teams today.
The on ice portion of the program will often integrate PRIDE’S proprietary
speed drills into real game situations. We will be matching offensive
and defensive players on many occasions to maximize the drills true
benefits and to allow us to teach the player proper position and
approach to that skill.
There will be power skating each day and at day's end there will
be a full ice scrimmage. The scrimmage will be where each player
can test what they learned that day and put it to the test in a high
tempo controlled game situation.
If you want to be the best you must compete and train with the best.
This is your chance. Skating and skills will be based on position!
